The Kearney Area Community Foundation manages over 30 scholarship funds. The crtieria for these scholarships are varied, so please take a moment to search our scholarships to determine if you are eligible to apply.

ABOUT LEAN IN
LEAN IN (Leadership Excellence for Area Nonprofits) started in 2021 as a partnership between the Kearney Area Community Foundation and Elijah Landell, a leadership coach with Rising Tide Leadership Development. Through individual growth and organizational training, LEAN IN provides building blocks to help raise local organizations higher.
Some of the key topics discussed in the course include:

Utilizing and growing each organization's influence

Modeling attitudes and actions wanted in each organization

Investing time, instead of just spending time with team members
